BASIC CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Can be fitted above all types of cooking elements.
  • Fitted plate heat exchangers have efficiency also over 65%. Moreover, at the time of air heat recovery, the plate heat exchangers carry out the third-stage air filtration function as well. The plate heat exchangers can be washed in a dishwasher in the same way as the other hood filters.
  • The hood has an in-built water heater intended to heat air with the hydraulic module (pump, control valve, water temperature sensors, etc.) for the control of the in-blown air temperature.
  • Efficient air suction system with an induction injection of a smaller amount of fresh air back into the hood in accordance with the VDI 2052 Certificate.
  • Even distribution of fresh air across all sides of the hood ensures good ventilation of the space with minimal possibility of a draft.
  • Three-stage filtration system with labyrinth filters, metal mesh filters, and plate heat exchangers with exceptionally high filtration efficiency with a Measurement Certificate according to the VDI 2052.

  • Media E single island hoods for one line of the centrally placed cooking elements – length from 1800 to 5900 mm, width 1500 mm.
  • Media D double island hoods for two lines of centrally placed cooking elements: length from 1800 to 5900 mm, width 2000, 2200, 2400 and 2600 mm.
  • Height of the hood 615 mm.
  • Pressure drop in the kitchen hood at a nominal air flow rate of 120 Pa for supply air and 170 Pa for exhaust air (includes labyrinth filters, mesh filters, and plate heat exchangers). The nominal flow corresponds approximately to the average calculated air flow in accordance with the VDI 2052.
